A solid product, A solid company I bought one of these directly from Blank Slate (Dark/overhang) and I mounted my Metolius simulator 3d to it for some awesome training at home.I waited eagerly for this bad boy to arrive. When I got it, it took a little bit to put together (and they like saving trees so the packaging uses pretty much as little material as possible, and the manual is online). Although I put it together all by myself, it would probably be easier for some to have another person help you with the adjustments, as it can be a little difficult alone. expect maybe 20-25 minutes set up(though you could probably do it faster if you are good with instructions).I used it all the time on a standard thickness door frame and there are no problems whatsoever (even with the weight of the thing with my hangboard attached!). My favorite workout is putting my tablet up and watching Star Trek and doing 10 finger reps each time Spock says “Logical, captain” and I have my iphone next to it with a stop watch. My door frame is a little bit small, so the foam around the bar doesn’t get all the way to the door frame properly, but that’s not really a…
